No matter what happened to Zhone, this deal is absolutely in favor of Zhone rather than TELM.

Nobody surprises that Zhone has bought TELM executives with millions and millions dollars - at TELM share holders' cost to get Tellium's tons of cash.

However, it's hard for me to understand as it was said:

You would think that all this might have Tellium shareholders scratching their heads. But so far there's been little outcry, and it looks like the deal is likely to go through.
