Its the heavy price we all have to pay for progress. The world today is a highly competitive place. Cost effectiveness of stock exchanges is just like in any other business. Improvements have to be made. As a gesture of good will to all the hardworking guys there we could negotiate an attractive redundancy package. Performance based bonuses, on a successful hand over to the new site in Bombay. We can all get a win out of this move, once we remain positive about this much needed project and adjust to the new way of life -g-
