you know, what we could do is give them the options of moving to Bombay at an adjusted salary (to be more alligned with the local market prices), they would have 3 months to decide. If they don't decide to move, say they quit and try to screw them on the unemployment.

Either that or we could just wait for 3 months, write everyone up for being late, leaving early, personal phone calls, ect and then fire them for cause. In the meantime, part of their "new job" description is that they have to train a counterpart in Bombay.

There's so many ways out of it, it's sick.
