minor setback on the road to democracy and a rebuilt Iraq or a start of the real war?? reuters.com I am amazed that crude has not hit $35 on this. Second bombing in less than a month. How much money would you require as a contractor to go over there and help rebuild -- even if you had a military escort -- or would you want one?? The cost of our world-wide welfare program just went through the rough and everyone is ignoring it ... so far. Not that we ever really had the resources for it ... bonds ought to be completely in the dumpster by now, too.
