"There you go again, subverting the basic premise of our criminal legal system."

Far be it for lil'ole me to criticise the criminal legal system. It is working so well and the confidence of the American people is so strong that no one should ever suggest that it isn't the best of all possible systems. How many legal eagles do you know that would state their belief that the justice system works because justice is always achieved within the system...or even most of the time? For instance how rarely are plea bargans arranged? Almost always you say? Are plea bargans just or just convenient? The system is overwhelmed with injustice and with an incompetence to achieve justice.
