Too late. Bush has already failed in Iraq, in many ways. Failed to find Saddam. Failed to find WMD. Failed to find a link to Al Qaeda. Failed to win the respect of the people. Failed to stop our troops from getting killed. Failed to bring civil order. Failed to deliver the promised oil. Failed to let the US know the real cost of the occupation. What we'd love to see is for him to stop failing.
