Up to Mr. Market to make that determinaion now. They are going to restate for all of 2000 and 2002 as well at take a "professional fee" charge of 500k.

Now, they have to have a hearing on if they are going to be delisted from NASD for late filing. I'm sure they will get an exemption due to the problem that caused the late filing.

Being honest here since I'm short I really like the statement.... not to rely on past financal statements or the auditors.
