rd, i didn't get the warm and fuzzies he would actually balance the federal budget. that is what appeals to me - someone with fiscal responsibility. he did it before - and i think that is good. could he do it again? not sure. 26%... yup. and i basically have to beg workers' comp do get in the "system."
