Larry, I also bought at 4.5 and I'm still holding.

Jerry seems to be finally trying to make the market see Opti's true value. I
still stick with what I said before regarding the markets that Opti is active
in. Don't misunderstand me Opti can be very successful in these markets if it
has the required volume ($40M to 50M / Q) and maintains margins at 25 to 30%.
But for the moment PC Audio is an ugly market lots of startups and verylittle
product differenciation and low margins. Once the shakeout goes through things will look a lot better, I expect that to take about a year or so.

The reason for my buying and holding OPTI is that I hope that someone will take it over, it seems like something is in the works. Opti could be worth 3 times its current price to the takeover company if they can get Opti the required volume to properly cover R&D costs. Someone like Intel or AMD or TI or maybe Rockwell.

Sorry if my thoughts on the underlying markets confused you as to my thoughts
on the value of Opti.
