I would consider go there if I would make money like do in other countries I worked: declare a minimum to the US taxman and have the bigger part depositied off shore.

There is nothing fair or unfair in free flow of people as it is not a matter of fairness the free flow of capital and goods. Free flow of capital and goods is beneficial for the world economy. People must flow free.
