I'm in at 18 5/16 because I believe it's a good company that has been oversold at these prices. The company is still earning money and trading at a low P/E multiple.

Also, STAR received a favorable mention in the September issue of Worth Magazine (Peter Lynch's column - p. 32), buy recommendation by Barry Ziskin (a stock analyst I follow), and a timeliness rating of 2 by Value Line. Other people see the value.

I ate there a couple of weeks ago and liked the restaurant.
