I think we're looking at the same H&S, from June to August. My view is that the right shoulder is not complete yet. On a weekly, you can see that the similar pattern, extended between 3 -7 weeks for the right shoulder to complete.

Shorting BKX could require patience. Of course, Sept here on Tuesday, so it may not take too long.
