This we will be doing, if and when the time comes, we'll be getting on Ottawa's case .... this is what is so backward about the present situation, to me - i'm a western canadian, very much a free enterpriser, and not in the least impressed with our current prime frogministre .... in re Iraq, i believe he ended up with the correct policy for the wrong reasons, and a couple of statements out of him on his thought process were despicable, un-canadian in my view - in a less screwed up external scene i should be all over this guy, to get with the programme, have this g.w.n. do its part to foment international cooperation ..... but as things stand, there's no point, greater evil lies elsewhere, and there's little Chrétien can do about it, it's a matter now of waiting until the busheviks are voted out, then we start over
Canadians will not support rule of this world by a small group in Washington, that's just not on .... and if we who are so close and related to you can't support that, it's pretty easy to see how the germans and russians and oh yes the french aren't exactly enthusiastic about it ..... the first Gulf war was over eighty per cent paid for by nations other than the US, who paid eighteen per cent of costs i think it was - that's what you get when you have a cooperative sort in admin, you get sharing of burdens and responsibility .... you're not going to get it with this bunch |
