yes it does.... could be eventually this banking group could take over the company.... would be an interesting move actually... they'd all at once be owners of technology they don't have in house...unlike the larger national banks.... maybe you should hold onto that stock.....that is...if....management sells for a fair price....versus...gives up...gives in....and walks away leaving common shares holding the bag... hope you are making money none the less.... joel
