That's not true. The right either agrees with Coulter or defends her right to say the attention getting BS statement she makes.

This in contrast to De Genova merely "practicing free speech," according to Columbia Univ.

De Genova has been roundly criticized and/or condemned by the remarks he made in that teach in. Those criticisms/condemnations have come from Columbia representatives, other academicians and public officials. Nonetheless, much like Coulter, he has the right to say what he says under the freedom of speech.
