Our way of life is changing as we speak. That is why I object to the use of the term RACIST on these boards to denounce someone whose opinion differs. It is this sort of labelling which is destroying us. Everyone is afraid to speak out for fear of being labelled.

For example, why can we have the "Gay Olympics" but not the "Straight Olympics"?

Why can an organization call itself the NAACP, which promotes and protects interests of the black community be acceptable, but a similar organization, say, the NAAWP (white) be considered a racist and bigoted organization?

Why can we have the "Jewish games" where only Jewish athletes can participate, yet a "Christians only Games" be considered racist?

Why can women have groups to defend their interests, such as NOW, but if men organize similar groups they are considered sexists?

As I said, unless we stop abusing the terms racist and bigot in our everyday dialogue we will allow the fringe in our society to take over country.
