as in panic up -- st some pt you have to sell -- you can't eat it

For me that depends where it is. If we panic to $600 here, I doubt I'd sell. I know we're going to go higher. If it is $600, who says we don't go to $800 then correct to $650. Then again, in a few years, in a panic in the thousands when stock things really suck, I'll start to sell. We have a ways to go until then. <g>
