You can say a person is guilty of murder. If they murdered someone then they are guilty even if they may not be convicted or even indicted.

You can say that only if you don't belive in our system of law.

If you believe in the basic, most fundamental, principles of Anerican justice, you CANNOT say that.

If you say it, you are simply rejecting our legal system. You are anti-American.

Which you are free to do if you want to. But I'm not going there with you.
