let me try to follow your pathetic line of reasoning. since babies (in your estimation) have problems using their toes properly until a year of age they are not fully human and don't deserve the same protection as any other human? what about people who are born without and will never have fingers or toes? are they not fully human then either? we should have the right to kill them too? anna kournikova didn't have breasts that she could use properly until several years into her adolescence. does that disqualify her from being a part of the human race? of course not. just because a baby doesn't use its toes to your liking doesn't disqualify it from the human race any more than anna kournikova is disqualified for being flat-chested during her pre-adolescence.
