I don't know whether or not you have been following the thread, but the opinion you posted exactly mirrored what I have posted.

IOW, Bux agreed to a set of TOU, dictated by Matt. In Matt's opinion, Bux violated them. Bux is now suspended. Bux has the ability to negotiate a return of his ability to post but chooses not to.

What part of the contract has Matt broken?
