False report of a 4th victim [who has had long-standing lung bleeding problems].

<...So far pathologists have ruled out SARS, meningococcal disease, pneumonia and influenza.

Smith says even after autopsies of the small number of people who die suddenly, the exact cause of death cannot always be found.

Test results from the three victims, and also a fourth man who earlier recovered from similar symptoms, are expected to take at least a fortnight.

Although flu and pneumonia were present, they seem to have excluded those factors and a possible sars linkage. I wonder how they got the sars rejection so quickly.
