I'm not sure what you mean by the phrase "the act". Should I interpret that to mean Bux's actual post?

The "act" I was referring to was the Communications Act previously mentioned.

Did (or did not) Bux's post violate the Terms of Use on I-Hub? As the System Administrator, Matt alleges "yes". Bux counters with "no". And, as far as I know, that's the gist of the dispute.)

Why the discussion is here instead of Ihub is silly.

As Matt has asked Bux, take it to Ihub.
