Here's a fourth concept to explain Mr. Zero's behavior:

Ground Zero is fullashit and gets his jollies threatening mostly anonymous people in Cyberspace with "reports" to the FBI; and posting personal real name and address information as much as he can identify, etc.

To "censor" his perceived "enemies" in this place in which he oddly considers himself to be "important" and "powerful."

When in fact, he an insecure loser.
