Bermuda, is not your issue. You have clearly defined your issue as a political one. No company would bother to incorporate in Bermuda if tax laws were reformed to treat income from non U.S. sources equitably. But some politicians would rather make it seem like those who choose to legally protect offshore earnings are doing something wrong, rather than reform the tax code. Ask yourself why.
