Iraq should repudiate state debts incurred from 1990 until now. Anyone lending to Saddam should have known better. Creditors need to think and be ethical. Lending to killers is not ethical. Iraqis should tell the creditors of their killer to take a hike. The USA should support them in that. So should the UN. Mqurice
