well if I would investigate the attacks I would look 1st at all middle-eastern looking man. And so did CIA, it was actually in the papers - simple logic would produce possible suspects within minutes and it takes few hours to verify the connections and to trace them. Terrorists had no intentions of hiding who they were but rather right opposite.

Russia was criticized for shooting down a Korean jet that deviated off course and flew right into restricted airspace over Russian nuclear base. It is not easy to order to fire on passenger jets.
