Joel,

You seem to have a high level of disdain for the top mgt. at SFNB. For me, the jury is still out. I knew last year this co. wouldn't be profitable until about 98. (CEO said as much at a H&Q conference) It says something for them that these bankers are willing to invest capital with them. (McChesney, and Mahan) I can't name another co. with a more viable solution, and I think banks are starting to get nervous if they don't have a net presense.

Needless to say, I have a very small investment, and if I could hold it at 5-7 dollars, surely I can hang on here today at 11.5.

One thing I am worried about is the probablity that the account atrition rate is high, but hell, the bank only acts as a mach up so the real bankers can see how it should operate. (I don't think the bank side of the operation is particulaly viable outside of demonstration of the VFM.)

Regards,

Kman
