Thansk for the input Pete. I did not know that you held trusts of trusts. Thought that it was too expensive (the MER eating % of the distribution). Like you I feel that the business trusts are tough to follow. I mean, they should be considered more like stocks, the level of distributions depending on the fortune of the business (unlike a resource base trusts or one that has some sort of monopoly [gambling] or providing an essential service to its community [housing, shopping centers, etc.]). I will definitely have a look at your suggestions. Thanks very much. Marc
