is this telling us that Japanese are repatriating funds for the end of fiscal year markup? Parasitic,anemic japanese banks sucking up some global blood? And isn't China the new venue for hot, hot, hot speculative money? My point being that relatively more wealth is being transferred to far eastern markets with every cycle of the Fed driven liquidity pump....than will be injected into western/domestic markets. If sufficient funds jump-start the far east, driving up local/internal consumerism, the sucking noise at this end of the fiat funnel will sound like a jet engine.
