My job is very secure. Also, I have always been able to find side work, I tell my wife I'd shovel chit on Sundays if need be <g>. I can handle a bigger mortgage payment fairly easily. The cash I would probably hold hoping for prices of acreage in PA and VT to drop. We plan on buying 30 to 50 acres at some point. At some point would like to build a house on the acreage and keep this house in NJ.
