kenny, davis and his stupidity in responding to market forces screwed CA. Davis did not give the utilities the authority to enter in to long term contracts and forced them to use only daily spot market energy. kenny that was stupid. If you don't understand how stupid that was, well it's not a surprise to me. Your so clueless so often it's just samo samo.
