When you're left the legacy of Bill Clinton, you do what you can.

Let's face a simple fact: This is like being the winner of the CA recall. Regardless of WHO wins - Bustamante, Arnold, Davis, McClintock, .... - they're in deep trouble the day they take office. It's a no win situation. They are stuck with the consequences of their predecessors screw-ups (unless, in the CA case, the winner is Davis, who then has to endure a mess of his own making.)
