Yep. Gray Davis started his first term with a LARGE, multibillion dollar treasury that had been built up over many years. It's gone now. And the state may very well default regardless of the outcome of the recall or what the winner does.

Yeah, Gray has certainly done a job on CA.

I don't think you want to cite the Pay-To-Play guv as an example for any other governor to emulate.
