You mean the Bushies. Well, those were hardly serious "wars." And with Clinton's military. Isn't that interesting. All the drumbeats about how horribly treated the military was under Clinton but it does well in Afghan and in Iraq and it the script has to be changed.

And the point about the wars was to stop the "failed state" hang out places for terrorist. Not accomplished in Afghanistan and they created one in Iraq. Not competence.

As for the economy, let's watch the jobless rate. Perhaps. But the ballooning deficits are definitely worrisome.

As for internationalizing Iraq, I don't see that as a way the Bushies will be able to improve their policy; only a way to protect their political flanks.
