Lorne, thks for the info. I had looked at this one some time ago, however at this time I have too much gold in my portfolio, both Barrick and Kinross convertibles. As well I believe this is not an exchange traded debenture and you will find if you try to buy it that you can not get it at the price you mention.

I only buy exchange traded debentures, otherwise I find the spread can easily be 2-3 points and I can not afford to pay that spread...

I put good to cancelled orders in on exchange traded debentures and then I can get good prices on noth buy and sells.

PS: I wouldn't worry too much about the price dropping unreasonably if the company gets into real tble. I have owned debentures of which companies default and usually it will not drop below 0.50 cents on the dollar, therefore if hedged should be OK.
