I don't see that as priced in. I see it as induced demand.

Further, How much money are TXN, MOT, NOK, ERICY, etc. making on these increased sales? Not much per their reports and expectations.

Demand exists largely because they are offering the phones at cost. And then on top of that, the phone compnay is throwing in a few bucks to the consumer as incentives.
