Shamrock changes its name to Pacific Energy Resources 2003-08-21 16:34 ET - New Listing See Change Name (C-SHJ) Shamrock Resources Inc Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders on June 16, 2003, the company has changed its name from Shamrock Resources Inc. to Pacific Energy Resources Ltd. There is no consolidation of capital. Effective at the opening Aug. 22, 2003, the common shares of Pacific Energy Resources will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Shamrock Resources will be delisted. The company is classified as an oil and gas exploration/development company.
