Notice the drop in BONDS, yes...

and the drop in commodities....notably Crude

The article on the Chinese raising interest rates is an interesting one. Wonder if the move ties in the bond drop with that in commodities. ..The Chinese impact on world markets may be greater than given credit....Likely to increase...

I don't see how mortgage REITS or home builders can advance much further if the yield curve is flattening ...
