Roctest Sells Added 955,000 Corvis Shrs For $1.3M

MONTREAL (Dow Jones)--Roctest Ltd. has sold an additional 955,000 common shares of Corvis Corp. (NasdaqSC:CORV - News) at US$1.40 a share, for gross proceeds of US$1,337,000.
As reported in June, Roctest sold 197,784 common shares of Corvis at an average price of US$1.55 a share, for gross proceeds of US$306,000.
In a press release, Roctest said it also sold 40,000 shares in July.
At Dec. 31, 2002, Roctest's assets included 1,192,784 common shares of Corvis, which were recorded at C$1.14 a share.
Following this transaction, Roctest no longer holds any Corvis shares, it noted.
The proceeds from this transaction will be invested in the company's operations.
Roctest makes geotechnical, environmental and industrial measuring instruments.
