I know you are for that, Mike. I would prefer to see the ID numbers continue to start with "RA" rather than "US."

I am trying to figure out what Rummy is up to. I think he believes he can free up about 300K worth of troops by replacing them with civilians. I just don't think he can get this through Congress. We need to pull out of the Balkans, that's for sure. We have the equivalent of a Division there. Let the French handle it.

If we were forced to take action quickly, say in NK, we would not have the troops.
