I don't agree with you. I see no evidence of self determination. They have a lot more freedom to determine what they will do from day to day, including political activities like criticizing those with power, or protesting. In the past most Iraqis didn't get to determine much of anything, it was Saddam determining everything. In the coming years they will have their own government and a greater degree of self determination then most of them have ever had in their lives. Tim
