Zacks is trying to sell me some of their services by claiming to have inside info on Buffet's moves. I question the legality of this.

Spitzer is the only regulator to do anything significant in punishing the white collar criminals on Wall Street. Donaldson, who runs the SEC, has been a Wall Street insider for decades. He can hardly be expected to bust the icons of his own social circle.
