That's true. Although you will notice that Bush did get a Congressional approval before he went into Iraq. I would have agreed with this article before 911 to a large extent. Not any more. Also, the logical conclusion of this article would mean that the Nazis would still be in power.

And remember that the people who wrote and published this were probably all for our little excursion into Liberia recently, and the mess in the Balkans. The left loves "Altruistic" excursions.
