I tuned in Fox this afternoon, and - sure enough - it was airing right-wing propaganda.

They were airing a lengthy, critical piece on the campaign financing of Arnold's chief opponent. The topic was the money he received from Indian gaming lobbyists. As usual, Fox focuses on political maneuvers and financing when they talk about Democrats, but they focus on principles when they talk about Republicans. And this propaganda technique is effective.
