It is unfair to insist that no means no only as a prosecutorial devise when in reality our culture of young women raised in the seriousness of the issue still use it as a tease and a ploy. They may very well do that, and that may make things confusing for the guys. But the guys need to understand that no means no even when the girl is giggling. Their futures are at stake. And if the guys stop when they don't want them to, then they'll learn to reserve their "nos" for when they really mean it. Like some of the other subjects we've discussed, you may not like my standard, but workable bright lines are few and far between, so until you come up with a better one...
