"Like some of the other subjects we've discussed, you may not like my standard, but workable bright lines are few and far between, so until you come up with a better one... I'd like to work towards one wherein the provokers and the provokies are held equally accountable. B'leee me if one of my daughters gets raped, I will be ticked at the guy. If he says he was confused by her giggling and inconsistant use of the word "no" that wont let him off the hook one iota but I am going to "also" be ticked at her....and if she went to his motel room alone late at night I will be real frustrated.
