We sold cookie dough at Christmas time. It was sooo good! They could be kept in the ice box for 2 weeks or kept frozen for 6 months. They were damn near as good as home made. It was perfect for working parents who wanted to have cookies for the holidays but wanted something that looked and tasted like homemade. The best was the chocolate with mint chips. Oh my GOSH!! It was a Thin Mint version of a chocolate chip cookie.
