brent, Believe what you will. It will all come out in the end. Then, and only then, will we know the truth of the matter. I do believe in a Supreme Being, that is called God by English speaking people, that caused all of the elements, and ignition, that caused the universe, including Earth, which is only one small planet in the scheme of things, to come to be.
If you want to believe that God created everything, pertaining to Earth, in six days, and rested on the seventh, how was it decided that the Sabbath would be on Sunday to Christians? How can that be God's doing, since the days were not yet named, and how can anyone know which is supposed to be the seventh day? If you want to keep your head in the sand, go ahead. It ain't no skin off my nose. Jesus told us that we would not know all there is to know about God, and Heaven, until the time God considers to be right. Since Einstein only used one tenth of his brain, it is logical that time will not come for a long time.
If you want to maintain doctrines that are man made by some that were no better than the worst tele-evangelist, be my guest, and continue to live in the darkness of blind beliefs. |
