Al: I've been using PCFN since April; as a relatively new investor and new to on-line investing I have to say, overall, I'm very disappointed in them. Now that my wife and I are back from vacation I'm planning a change. For example, 2 days ago I sent them an e-mail reply to a trade confirmation asking for clarification of the price as I thought the price paid was too high, given the prices I saw come thru on real-time quotes. As of now (late Thursday PM) I still do not have a reply. Note that I send this e-mail a 2nd time this morning. Out of the 10 0r so calls I've made to their offices I've only gotten 1 or 2 what I consider to be competent and helpful responses. One of our earliest experiences was a call made to my wife (a postmaster in our community) from a wise-ass PCFN rep. who told my wife that there was only 1 service (FEDEX) that could make delivery of customer checks within the required 3 day timeline. My wife had to explain to him that the post office offers a similar, tracked service; which we have used 4 or 5 times with PCFN and others with delivery within timelines at less cost than FEDEX. So I eagerly await my e-mail response...again. Ken Merwin Wisconsin
