Arnold is smart at movies, smoozing,PR and body-building. He is not smart about public policy or governing anything other than his own personal business. His skipping debates is a giveaway that he's way out of his league when it comes to giving intelligent answers to any complex problems. Slogans and one-liners though he's great at. Hey, kind of like GW Bush.
